These boots took so long to arrive & I was utterly disappointed with them once they arrived.

I place my 1st order for Christmas and it came in about two weeks. I placed a 2nd order on 12/2/2022 and I just received the order last week Jan 28,2023. Status stayed waiting on label. I had to have PayPal investigate and finally refund my money. Then 1 week later it shows up on my doorstep. Now my granddaughter says it has a hole near one of the knees. I will never order again

Good products, took quite some time to arrive -3 weeks - the quality of one wasn't as I expected. But the one I thought might look a bit cheap was actually gorgeous so think it's just look of the draw. Would order again however

Shipping takes a long time from China

One piece was too big and one was perfect... so sizing may be a bit inconsistent from piece to piece

I recommend to not order anything from this company. Even if it is their fault their return policy is horrible. My order came in smelling of insecticide or mothballs. There is no way to ever get that smell out. I was offered a 50% refund or I pay for the shipping from FL to CA to possibly get a full refund if they agreed. I decided to take the 50% refund and throw the cloths in the trash. What a waste of money.

I thought the shirt that I ordered was actual denim, the one I received is cheaper material. I do like it at all. I would like a full refund, no % or discount on an order. I want my full refund, asap!

Just got my products i tried contacting customer service for return,so far i am still waiting.

Outfits have been true to size, prices reasonable and shipping decent! Can't wait to order more! Since discovering ChicMe, I've ordered a couple of shipments and so far satisfied with the product and material.

I ordered everything in a large thinking that it was coming from China it would be small. 2 of the tops were too big and the orher one the stitching on the shirt was all off. I did reach out to customer service and wanted to return the items but they basically gave me a hard time big deal that gave me 10% off the next order don't think I will order again. Now I'm out 50 dollars
