I purchased several items to consider for an event. The shipping was delayed. I asked them to cancel the order. The items arrived well after the event. I then had to email back and forth for several days before I was provided the information to return the items at my own expense. I was off work until January 3. They finally provided the information on January 6. I made the return on my next available off day. The total purchase was $106. The return cost me roughly $26. They then tell me they will not refund me for the items because of a two week policy. This was not communicated in any of the email communications. The quality of the clothing is minimum at best. The customer service is horrible and shipping is unreliable! Never again!
I ordered all my pieces in my size, but all was either too small or with one of my order fit in the boobs but was huge in my waist. Some looked a little like the product but not the quality i thought it would be

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
