I have gone back and forth as well as sent many pictures of what I received versus what I ordered. The refund policy says I have 14 days to decide if I'm satisfied. Who would be. I originally canceled the order because it was needed by Christmas. Order came 1 week shy of 2 months after ordering. Then the merchandise either did not match the advertised item or was damaged. Customer service reps Mia and Cherry have gone back and forth with me and not yet assisted with returning the merchandise. Advised they would give me a $45.00 credit, but still expect me to pay 50.00 or so more dollars (Klarna) for an order I already paid $68.23 on? Why would I Pay another dime on merchandise I don't want and I'm not satisfied with!

This company advertises products as one thing and then does a bait and switch when they send the items to you. They show items and label them as Christmas shirts, but when you get the items instead of being red for Christmas they are rust. Then they want you to ship the items back to them at your cost instead of providing a label to you. Worst experience ever. Do not buy from this company

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
