Everything I ordered was too small. The rep. Said to do an exchange was too cumbersome and I would have to pay to send it back

All of my Blouses except one were so Beautiful! I ordered a Gold glitter Blouse, and you sent me a beige one... My Sandals were Beautiful, and Jewelry too. I ordered my Sunglasses Gradient colored, and you sent me Black ones..

Due to an issue with my first order that I did not receive. I have not had any issues since then. I have gotten over four orders since then. The clothes are beautiful as well as the price.

Good communication. Easy to swap for something else if what you ordered is not in stock. Quite quick delivery to New Zealand. Some items are good, some are bad. Thats about all I can say.

Good service and delivery but one of my items snapped on the strap as soon as I tried it in even though it was my correct size. The stitching on this item is poorly done

I love this store, it's got prices I can afford, and the customer service is very very good. That's something you don't see every day. I wish the tracking numbers would work once in America. They do not. I've never known when they are close to being here with any order. I order a lot.
