Extremely cheap quality - the clothing feel, look and wear it terrible. Sizing is not uniform. One small item can be wildly small or extremely large. The return and exchange policies are ridiculous. Items received with missing parts.

Delivery: Need some work. There is no notification except at the initial purchase. My package was late and I had to reach out for the status, there was no notification. Your other brands or competitors (Temu/Shein) give progress notifications throughout and if it is not delivered when expected they give you a coupon for future purchases.

Sizes are not true I shop for plus sizes but continue to get sizes three to for sizes too small. ChicMe has great styles but poor sizing.

I have one piece of my order still in delivery? I checked up my order because I never ordered from this Company, there follow was good. My products arrived & I have to say majority of my clothes are to small & I went up a size & very poor quality.
Website/software is not very user friendly, over clothes are very fashion statement!
Never again with wigs. The wig is very unflattering and looks nothing like the pic.
