I ordered this jumpsuit 3 weeks before my event thinking I will get it in time for the event, at least that's what the estimated time of delivery said. I just received the jumpsuit last week a month after the event was over.

Reviews were spot on. Products in the picture are what I received. My only quip would be that I had to reach out for status on my order and then was told that the boots were out of stock. I would have liked to be notified if something was out of stock or just receiving an update of when my items would ship.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
