Shipping was a nightmare. Poor communication about delayed product and delivery. One outfit I won't be able to wear at all due to size and I won't return it for a refund because getting the product took almost 2 months to receive, returning process seems exhausting. Love the boots but won't be using this site again.

I was not happy it took to long to receive my order and it didn't take that long for my first order

I ordered several things twice in error so stuck with them as I would only get a 40% return rate on anything returned. Several items look horrible and I'll have to fix them with my serger machine or give clothes away to a good cause.

One fit the other didn't - shopping takes awhile so order early.

I've ordered twice so far with no problems. I realize this is one company that uses multiple names and some people have complained about not receiving items but I've had no problems so far. The designs are much nicer than I see in shops.

THIS SHOP IS HORRIBLE! Their return policy is misleading and dishonest! I wish I'd never purchased anything from them! BEWARE! I was told there was a U.S. warehouse...was told I could get a full refund...they're trying to give me a mere 30%. SOOO sorry I shopped here!

My boots didn't match there were details missing on one boot. Certain bits on the lacing up bit broke when lacing ( without wearing) was really disappointed

Waited over a month for sneakers and they arrived defective.
