It was a very great experience for me. It was my first time ordering from this company and when I receive the package the product was very soft and it was very lovely.

I ordered close to $100 worth of women's clothes from ChicMe in March 2022. 4 of the 6 women's tops were completely unwearable due to being virtually see-through. The items looked nothing like the online photos, in terms of fabric and quality. The detailing that looked super cute in the photos turned out to be sloppily cut with scissors! To add insult to injury, ChicMe will not refund my money. I have been going back and forth with them for nearly 3 weeks, receiving one response every 24 hours. Despite the return policy saying that items are fully refundable with free return shipping if there is an error on ChicMe's part (gross misrepresentation of items should definitely fall within that definition), ChicMe has offered me only a 30% refund. This is clearly a scam website and obviously, a 30% refund on items that are unwearable and complete garbage is not fair or reasonable. After repeatedly pressing the issue for 3 weeks, ChicMe has now come around to offering me a refund of the subtotal price of the defective items, and insists I absorb the sales tax (13%), pay return shipping, hope the items navigate their time consuming and precarious return process, and wait who knows how long for a tiny portion of the refund I am owed— completely contrary to their listed return policy. So buyer beware. This company is nothing like Shein, which has very nice, quality "discount" clothes. This company also operates completely contrary to its advertised return policies.

Unless you want to waste your money and frustrate yourself, don't shop here. Buyer beware.
