Items ordered were as follows: ordered XLg(it was medium fit). Ordered Large( its was small fit). The shoes ordered was size 7USA but came size 9 USA. I am unable to wear any thing that I ordered. And by time I return these items to get corrected sizes it will arrive in June. As I ordered to have for May 2023. I only lost money not gain anything to wear

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
