Order placed in Feb. Since 3/3 it's been waiting for packaging. Longest I've waited for anything ever! Very dissatisfied!
I ordered this back in February, thinking it would arrive in time but it didn't unfortunately. I was very disappointed, as it arrived the day after.
Customer service told me: "Chicme cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property."
They chose the shipping method, not me. But whenever my items never arrived they refused to take responsibility. My order was in the $160 vicinity. They offered me a $40 coupon as compensation.
After more than 30 emails passed back and forth nothing has changed. They are offering me $45, but refuse to either send my real order or give me a full refund. They responded to this review, but they are not serious about really resolving this issue. They have canned responses they send in response to your complaints, knowing you will eventually give up and take their lowball offer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
