I have had good luck with some other overseas sites and Chicme appeared to get good reviews so I took a chance, unfortunately it didn't work out for me.
The site states shipping in 3-5 days. After 3 weeks I contacted them to only be told that one of my items was out of stock. No previous notifications of this anywhere on the site or notifications via email that my order was backordered. After another week of waiting I decided to try and cancel the order. Miraculously my order shipped the same day as I tried t cancel. No worries, I waited for it to arrive another 2 weeks later.
I ordered 5 items. 3 of which are completely inaccurate sizing as listed on the website, including one item that I could not even get on despite following the sizing chart, very cheap and low quality items that no care or effort went into making the clothing and 1 item I chose to keep.
Upon requesting a refund and return of the items, despite seemingly to have a very easy return policy on their site, I was met with nothing but additional information requested, then only either a coupon for another purchase or even if I wanted to return items I would only get 10% of the purchase price refunded. These items have never been worn and only tried on, some barely even so. Additionally, it appears the company has now added a section on the bottom of their return page about only giving a partial refund. Not only is this new policy added in a different font, but also at the very bottom so I know this was added after the fact and not when the return policy was created. As someone who works in online tech, I know how to spot and these changes when I see them.
I will be filing a complaint with PayPal to dispute the charge as the company is impossible to deal with. I would offer suggestions for others to stay away from this site or go to something like Shein instead which is great and very easy to deal with!
Companies like Chicme are the ones that give overseas sellers the bad reputations and unfortunately this one lives up to that stereotype. Never again!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
