I ordered three items of clothing and the shipping process was longer than anticipated. Once the items arrived, none of them looked as pictured on the site. The clothes on the website look Chic. The items I received looked like house gowns/pajamas for an elderly woman to wear around the house while she's cooking. The items looked very cheap and barely resembled what I ordered.

It was easy. Don't like clicking on coupons and got to enter email need to be simplier

Long lead times and the sizes are either too big or too small. I bought medium every time.

Ordered my size but items didn't fit once received

I placed my first order. Three pairs of the same pair ts and one pant set. The fabric/material on the pants is certainly not what I expected. It so cheap, I don't expect them lasting too long. I tried them on none of them fit, they are all too big. I kept one pair only so that I can use in the meantime because it was black. The pant set was too small, the blouse was very tight and the pants are transparent. After several attempts at returning or exchanging them on the website which is VERY DIFFICULT to figure out I finally got through and got a response that it was too late to return or exchange. And now what do I do with these pieces of clothing that I spent this money on? I will never buy at ChicMe again, I will never recommend ChicMe to anyone, and anytime I get an opportunity I will provide a bad review for their product, their return policy, and their customer service.
