I placed an order then received an unsecured email asking for my private information. Picture of card & ID. As if they can see what I look like to confirm. But they sure took the funds out when the order was placed. Tried customer service- links don't work.

It took me a long time to get my product. Every time I emailed them they kept telling me that they were out of stock and replenishing them that they would be sent shortly they never did when I emailed them back they said they ran out again and how to replace another order to send them so it took so much time to get them in.
I didn't like the camouflage pant.They was to big for me to wear.
It took too long for the items to be delivered and your return process is too complicated. You need to simplify it.

Chic me has nice clothes but the process and delivery is the worst I ever experienced it take 30 days to receive your items so if your items doesn't fit and you have to return you can expect to receive a refund or exchange in another 30 to 40 days I was not happy.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
