My experience with ChicMe has been nothing but Horrible! First of all the material they used to sew the shirts with is very cheesy. The black dress I purchased had a big white stain on it, the blue Jean shorts were extremely to big, the white blouse I purchased the sleeves are to short the black shirt I purchased it wouldn't cover my waist and when I contact ChicMe I was ask if I could wipe the stain off and I replied no. All I wanted to do is to try and exchange the black dress and try to get my shorts in a smaller size and return the two shirts for something else but ChicMe said I couldn't return the item for me to keep the item and they would give me a 20% refund. I implied I wanted to return the because Icouldn't use any of them. So now I'm stuck with clothes I can't wear

Delivery date is way too long. I have placed a 2nd order that was shipped from the warehouse on 4-20 & I'm STILL waiting on delivery. When I try to check on tracking...it only shows when it was shipped out from the warehouse. (4-20-22) 11 days...too long!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
