I ordered the outfit and shoes to go to a event on the 21st of this month and I am still awaiting the delivery of the outfit and shoes. I am no longer in need of this outfit but I would still like to receive it.

I reached out to ChicMe requesting a full refund because all the shirts and the belt was too small, though I ordered the size I normally wore. Even though I requested full refund and the address to mail the items back, I received several emails back and forth, offer10% refund at a time, and I couldn't keep the items. I told him I didn't do any good to keep the items if it doesn't fit I just want a full refund so I could re-order sizes that I needed. After the fifth email I settled on 50% refund and keep the items because I was getting annoyed with their refund process through email. I do have to say that they were quick to refund me the 50% however I still feel like they should have refunded me 100% like I had asked the first time.
Purchased multiple items 04/16 and did not receive them until 05/19. It takes time to get the items, but the quality of material is superb.
It is appears to have jogging suit legs. Meaning it's ribbed at the cuffed kind of fitted and it's not.

Items arrived way late and when they did arrive swimsuits were all too small and shirt sizing varies depending on the style, so two mediums fit and one was too large. This was my first order with your company and so far I'm not very happy with shipping nor sizing.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
