I had a hard time trying to check on my order I didn't mean to place an order twice. I will be returning most of the order
Dress more like a tunic top but fitted lovely, worn with pvc leather pants and lots of compliments
My first order and I have been fighting with them for a month for my refund. I ordered ten items and four of them were nothing like they appeared in the pictures. One shirt very very wide, the colour of a a tank top and dress were no where near the colour in the picture and the flip flops had cheap plastic soles. They ended up offering me 40% refund and I could keep the product as shipping back is expensive. I accepted the offer then they undercut the prices and changed all the prices on the invoice on my account when I questioned them on why they were providing such a low refund to cover the low refund they were providing, even though I provided them with the correct pricing of the items (you can see them on the website?) So they insisted my order only came to $116, well that is funny because I was charged $162 on my Visa for my order so I guess they also owe me $46 then for being overcharged for my order correct? So be careful if you order and they offer you a refund and keeping the product, they will short change you. Plus if you order you have to pay for the shipping for all returns. It is not free, like it is for Shein.
The shipping took much longer than I anticipated. I like the shoes very much.
I should have ordered a size smaller. I wore it on a trip and received a lot of compliments. I wears well.

I ordered 2 dresses and a pair of shoes. It took a whole month to arrive and one of the dresses was the wrong size and the shoes were too small! I will not order from here again.

I gave 1 stars only because I wore one outfit that I received a lot of compliments on. I needed to return more than half of my order. But was offered 10% of the total, then was offered 50%. I refused because I was not able to wear most of the clothes. Additionally, of 34 items ordered, I did not receive 2 items. They kept telling me that all items were shipped, when I asked for a shipping verification --item by item, of course they could not produce this. I told them that out of 34 items, why would I say that I did not receive only TWO? And I asked how could they verify that all items were shipped? I was offered 50% of my money back and $20 for the items that I did not receive (this two items totaled over $50). They asked me to send photos--I asked how could I send photos of items I do not have in my possession? I sent them a screenshot of what I was supposed to receive, all they kept saying was that they sent it. I told them I do not agree to their 50% refund and to please send me the address to where to return---instead, they refunded me $111.00. The order totaled $365.88! This was NOT 50%! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I will not stop until I find and email the CEO! These people are TERRIBLE at customer support! If you order through them, go through paypal; at least paypal will assist in getting your money back. This site is the worst with the the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!
Clothes were not as described and so absurdly constructed as to be unwearable. ChicMe now refuses to refund me the purchase price and is demanding they be allowed to give me a discount in the form of a partial refund, in exchange for me keeping the clothes and giving them a good review. I refused and now I am being told they will refund me my purchase price minus the shipping cost AND I have to pay shipping the shipping up front. Makes no sense. Don't waste your time!

It didn't look like on the website, looked very cheap, also sizes are too big. I tried to return so maybe get a small and they only wanted to return %10 from the 2 dresses. Never will I buy from this company. Bad customer service not very professional.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
