Worst experience ever, total waste of money. Worst quality and sizing I have ever seen.
Items showed up 1 month after order placed. Some items were paper thin, had poor stitching, small top with large pants, belt loops not sewn down. Customer service haggled me on trying to return the item "we will give you 10% back and you keep the items". Replies ignore the return request by asking size dimensions.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
