Horrible material very itchy even after washing. And I've tried to unscribing to the many emails but that's not working either.
ChicMe did surprise me that I even received my purchase at all. It took about 3 weeks so not mad.
But once I received the shoes they were beautiful but...they are so cheaply made it's ridiculous.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
