Sleeve literally fell off after 5 mins of wearing. They are attached by a tiny piece of thread. Not put together very well

Delivery took too long and its overpriced because the quality of the products are inferior.

Ordered the pineapple dress did not get confirmation it was ordered so I ordered it again and now I have Two that do not fit. Always took a medium but was to small. To expensive to send back. Love the dress and really need a large but do not want 3 of them. Took a while to receive the dress.

I got two of the same but I ordered two different styles of masks. The ones I got are cute, butterflies

First, the shoes that caught my eye never left my cart. I had them all in my cart and those shoes looked like a separate order or something. I was entitled to free shipping with my order not knowing that after I made my purchase the shoes i really wanted were not in the order. I get a message and it states to check out again but this time they tried to shipping. I didn't purchase those. Then i have to pay for insurance just to ensure i get my package I guess and expedited shipping making my order much more then the cost of the shoes. I ended up getting a refund because one of my shoes never shipped. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it still took a over a month. I could not proper track my package. When my package arrive I am missing a mask. One pair of shoes came in 2 different sizes and all pair run extremely small.

Garment lasted only one wash and was in bits.

Was worried about how long it would take to receive order. Took about 2 weeks( awesome) soft material, 2 layers, great fit, small elastic for ears,(not the wide underwear elastic) lol. Love mine. They wash in machine no shrinkage and drip dry. Thanks.

The ordering of the product was easy, the delivery was slow. The product does not fit me and am just giving it to one of my daughters. I usually don't have to try on dresses at all, but this one did not fit! I was shocked being that I ordered a medium and can usually wear small dresses.

The merchandise is great quality I will be ordering from them again
