My first shipment was almost 2 months long, but when I followed up the items came within 5 days. Sounds like they may have missed the order. Since then most orders come within 2-3 weeks. Most everything is really nice and fits well. Prices are very reasonable. Remember to download the new app. It makes ordering much easier.

I thought it was a sweater type material but it was more like a silky material, it was fine it fit me prefect

I did not receive one of the items and the quality of the items that I received was very poor. One of the items was too small.

I knew better but made the purchase anyways! The material is cheap looking and feeling.

My outfit is perfect for just hanging out around the house or dressing it up to go out on the town.

The items that I ordered were not of the quality that I expected. The "sweatshirt" is so thin, you can see through it. I will be returning all of the items I purchased.

Shipping cost is too high and the material is not worth the price... I've paid less for similar robes and got better material...

Sizing and delivery time should be addressed. Also should say buy cheap Chinese crap.

I love the dress fits me well plus it is flexible to my body..

For the price I didn't expect super high quality nor did I get it. The 2 dresses I ordered (both size large) were ok. One was a bit big and had puckering across the hips and the second had silver elastic trim (was expecting sequins or something) that looked cheap. They arrived fairly quickly and the price was low.

Over all the only thing that I'm not happy
The person delivered they left the bag outside the building I didn't know why they should leave it on my door

Shipping. Cost is way to high, specially nowadays where major retailers offer free shipping. On top of paying for return items. Also, there is nowhere on the site where it indicates that you will be charged a Foreign Fee.

This isn't even close to that photos! Very disappointed

Was hoping for something a little warmer. Material used was very thin.

The purchase process was smooth. I received my dress in a timely fashion. I am disappointed with the material that the dress is made of. In the photo it looked loose and sweater material. But it's in fact silky and very firm fitting.
