Ordering on line was straight forward, ko tracking but informs when item has been dispatched. Delivery time not bad, product is OK, although comes up small.
I have attempted to contact this company on numerous occasions regarding returning items that were several sizes too small. The company has done nothing but give me the runaround requesting ridiculous things to frustrate the consumer until you give up returning the item.
Do you self a favor and buy from a company who will allow you to return the items honestly!
The only reason I didn't give five stars is because when I receive the dress is because it has some stains like if it was wet.
The dresses are for my Wife as a Christmas present the delivery was longer than expected.

I have bought from this website a couple of times already. Each time I am disappointed. I will no longer give this website anymore chances. The materials of the clothes are not great. Much of the clothes do not look like they do in the pictures. Recently, I ordered multiple items and I wish I could have returned ALL of them. However, the company makes us responsible for paying the shipping costs for their horrible products. To avoid paying the shipping costs they offer to give 20% of what I paid for. This company still wants to take my money for poor clothes quality. It is unbelievable. If this website was any serious like the other websites they would give me my money back. This demonstrates that they have poor customer service.
I was sent a Small and ordered a XL. I emailed customer service about the issue in hope I could get an exchange quick enough to receive the correct size by Christmas but I had to resend the wrong size that was sent to me back first so we missed Christmas.
Waited over a month to receive items and when I finally got them they were made super small and made out of cheap costume material. The pajamas could pass for a dollar store pajama costume that's super thin.
Some of the items did not fit and I will return them, but the overall experience was good

My experience was okay. I was worried it wouldn't arrive on time on Christmas. And this item was out of stock at first, but then once I reached out to customer service they informed me they would ship it out ASAP once they got it back in stock. I ordered on November 27th and it arrived on December 23rd. Just on time! I am also a C cup and I'm 140 pounds. So I got a medium onesie. Fits me perfectly I must say! Shipping takes awhile, but at the end it was worth it. Thank you!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
