Overall, the items I got came in a timely manner and the material and quality of the items were good. However, there were items from my order that did not come.

My experience was terrible! Wigs did not match the description and the return policy says there are no refunds for accessories. These wigs were a complete waste of money. The delivery took almost a month for a product that I can not even use. Very unsatisfied and will not be purchasing anything again.

Thankfully didn't pay much because the quality was terrible. I guess I got what I paid for.

I like the face mask, I was disappointed because it's been damaged. The packaging isn't good.

Sizing varies per item. Received two mediums one was a perfect fit the other was much larger.
Also, also was advertise as buy one get other half price... What it didn't say was that you had to buy two of the same item to get the discount! And why would you want two of the same item. This needs to be made clearer. Having bought to different items I felt I had been tricked when I did any get the discount...

My wife was very surprised when the package arrived, a very pretty dress at a great price, only to have her hopes dashed when she tried to put it on. She is a size 14 and the dress was marked as a medium (12-14) and she could barely pull it, let alone zip it up, it seemed to be more of a 10-12. I would recommend it to all but if you`re thinking of purchasing one go to the next size up.

I ordered 2 different tank tops and only received 1 of them. Not happy.

The shoes I bought looked exactly like the pictures. My feet and ankles are narrow so they didn't fit exactly right. But still pretty and seem good quality! Shipping took a little longer than I anticipated. Wish I could've paid for expedited shipping. But arrives safely and look good!

When I messaged customer service about my issue, they were quick to reply and even provided me with the option of returning or receiving a 20% refund.

Website easy to use. Clothes look adorable. I can't wait to see & feel the quality and if each piece is true to size.

All the buttons on the top were undone. As if someone wore it and put it in the back.

I received my packages and after the first package I was extremely pleased! The 2nd & 3rd pkg one of the shirts was way smaller than the other two shirts. They were all larges but one although labeled large was a small.

The experience was pretty good. The site was fairly easy to manuver. The shipping was a decent time frame through tracking was not great on it. The prices were fair. It's purchase again.

Received one item not as pictured. Did not receive the other.
