I am so disappointed after a slow delivery my items arrived. They are extremely poor quality and do not resemble the photos online at all. They look far inferior in real life :( also it doesn't seem very easy to return them and it will cost me postage too.

The pants were blue not black, and they were not true to size so my girlfriend couldn't fit them. All that is on top of taking forever to get here. I'm not even going to bother returning them because if it took this long to get them returning is going to be a nightmare.

The items I received weren't quite as good as they looked in the pictures but they were ok. They did a fair job mimicking the pictures. Customer service was good as they responded to my emails in 24hours and offered a 10% discount and $10 cash back for an item that I bought that was too big. However, I haven't received the $10 back yet, maybe it takes more than a week for the refund.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
