Shipping took forever and the tracking wasn't very clear but the two times I contacted customer service, they were very helpful. I wish corsets weren't considered lingerie because lingerie can't be returned or exchanged and the sizing was off.

Everything I ordered was either defected or horrible material

The shoes are too small, I want to change for another size

It was good, and nt stuff didn't take forever getting here,

It was easy to shop but so disappointed in the fit of the product. The material was what I expected

It was so easy & fast they are fantastic for weather in Ireland wear one every day love them thanks

All of the items I purchased were for a vacation so I ordered like 6 items or so and it took FOREVER before I received them causing me to spend more money and time because I was worried the items wouldn't come. For the most part things were good material but the sizing chart is OFF to say the least. I understand EVERY company has their own protocols but these items sat in"processing" for WEEKS but they were sure quick to withdraw the money. Not to mention their return policy all I'll say is MAKE SURE you read everything b4 you buy

The customer service was the worst. I tried reaching out to Chicme with every avenue they offered. The customer service number would ring one time and then goes busy, The Live chat did NOTHING, messenger & email would send the automatic generated message. It took many attempts to get responses & most responses weren't helpful. It was so awful to the point I thought I was being scammed. I like my items that I got but customer service was so horrible to the point that I don't know if I will ever order from Chicme again

Well packaged. Found the marterial and colour not always as shown and sizing cones up a little on the small side.

I've never ordered something online that has taken a month to be delivered. Very disappointing and killed the excitement of receiving my order. Not worth the wait.

Delivery time was slow but I think its because of the Pandemic. I'm happy that my order came. Not all from my first order but I'm waiting patiently for the rest to show up.

When the jacket finially arrived it came in a tiny plastic bag. The bag was do small it was actually placed in my mailbox. When I took the jacket out it was so wrinkled the shape of the jacket was entirely gone. I really dont think they will ever come out, very dis-satisfied. It took forever to yet it and then it arrived like that. I would return, I just dont want the hassle. Will not order again.

I will be ordering again I brought a few pieces because I wanted to test out if the material was good was it going to fit and to my surprise everything for perfect shipping was quick.

The material looks more high quality on the pictures than in reality, but some stuff is wearable, other is not. It depends.

Quick and easy checkout, received a lot sooner than estimated, perfect fit, love them!
