The item I ordered was not described as smaller than the advertised size and was much much smaller than advertised.
I have only received one of the items thus far and it took a couple of weeks. When received the item cannot be worn as an outfit as advertised - I may be can use it as a swimsuit cover-up to get some use out of it. That sewing is poor and the material is very cheap. It reminds me of parachute material - very transparent. The item was not super cheap in price so I expected more. I will not make additional purchases - in all my order was around $80.
Despite paying extra for shipping I still have not received the shoes.

Also, the customer service is horrible. I ask about a refund on the extra shipping charge because the delivery was unsatisfactory and the rep keeps dodging the question. She (Carissa) doesn't answer everything I ask and then just says "your items aren't shipped yet. Have a nice day." Terrible experience and I'm still waiting for my items and refund.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
