So far I have not received my order, I want to know what happened?

No issues - one item shipped quickly. The other item was out of stock and is still in the process of being shipped/delivered

Y order was broken up into 5 orders. After a mo th, I am still waiting to receive three of my orders. The packaging is clearly what your paying for as the clothes all fit cheap and they use cheap material. Some items I received did NOT look as advertised at all. The wigs ALL came with a white rubber/plastic piece sewn into the front closure that you can not remove! I wouldn't be disappointed if the items were as cheap as Shein but I paid for 30 dollars jeans and spent over 300 dollars and now stuck trying to figure out how to send this crap back! Waste of time and money!

Delivery was too slow and I only received two items out of 4 ordered. And it was too small more like an oversized shirt rather than a dress. Thin and see through.

Ordering process went well. Sizing fit as expected. Gold strap was unexpectedly a tie.

I liked my products overall, but was disappointed that the smallest size still fit as though it was a large.

Overall the service was ok. Some aspects were good like they changed the size for me before it shipped after I emailed them. However, the pants sizes are smaller than expected and it took longer to arrive so now it's going to be hard for me to find a replacement outfit

I paid extra do you have a dress sent to me and it only came two days sooner than the first one I ordered you should have it in writing due to Covid shipment will be delayed is nowhere in your writing that shipment would be so delayed. To be honest I should be reimbursed for the rushed shipment. I do however love the one dress.

I don't know I want to see how fast my stuff come to.

The actuql shirtcsent not only had ruffles down the front, but ALSO down both long sleeves! This was NOT visible in photos of the shirt on the model. This changes the whole style of it from casually elegant to ruffly nonsense.
At least ONE of the photos of the blouse SHOULD have shown ALL the ruffles. I'm thinking of cutting the sleeve ruffles off or maybe that wont work. What a shame.

The pictures looks nothing thing like the top in person. Very disappointed.

I've been waiting on my order for almost a month now. I bought them specifically to wear on my birthday in a week and they probably won't even be here in time.

I ordered for valentinesday I did not know it would take so long to be delivered. It was fine when it arrived but has not been used yet.

Order arrived quicker than I expected.
Product photo appears to show a thick, higher quality t-shirt. What I received was a thin, not-soft, cheap tshirt with a thick screen print. Meh.

I'm very pleased with the size, material and color.

I don't like that u store my credit card at all. Wont shop here again because of that.
