I placed my order on January 23,2021. It shipped in 3 separate packages & took over a month to arrive. I do not like the quality of most of the clothes, this I am only keeping one item. I‘ve tried for 3 days straight to contact a rep to get a return authorization & got disconnected on the live chat. I did receive an email about continuing my chat & responded back with that email yesterday & still not response. It states I have 30 days to return my order from the receive date. I am very concerned that I will not get an authorization in time to get it back to your company if the shipment is going overseas. A support representative needs to respond ASAP!

I ordered my item March 25 and didn't receive it till April 12 after sending a email to customer service because I paid for express shipping with insurance. The tracking information never updated. The bag it arrived in looked like a dog chewed a whole in it but thankfully the item was still intact
