I waited entirely too long for these items to come and be so disappointed. I expected better quality. I ordered four items and two of them are not even items I can wear. I also had to place a customer service inquiry just to find out when my order would ship because it stayed in processing past the time window specified in their policy. One dress I got was actually what it advertised but was very thin, and then the jumpsuit that arrived well after my other items fit and was cute. Ultimately, I've bought cuter and better items for less with other retailers so in the future I don't care how appealing the ad is, I won't be going to ChicMe for clothes. Maybe I'll be brave enough to try shoes or accessories, but def not clothes.
When I had a question regarding expected delivery, Customer Service was very quick to respond and provide me with the link for tracking.
I returned everything two weeks ago and haven't heard a word.
I thought based off the website the size chart the material listed that I will be able to buy the clothes offline I am 54 150 lb I am measurements 34 double d 28 waist and 36 I am an American woman if you are anywhere close to these sizes stay away from this site this is absolute rip off and a scam $134 in the trash in order for me to send it back it'll cost more than for me to get it which also took 3 weeks I will be making a public review about my experience and posting pictures on their website and these clothes that are humiliating to even a woman like me that has a great body

Do not purchase this item including shipping, I spent about 53$ to get the dress And was extremely disappointed. The fabric is very cheap looks like plastic. The only thing that is the same as the picture is the print. I wanted to try the site and I will say it was the first and last time I shop with chicMe
It have been a good experience, it's fast, and in general the quality of the clothes are good.
The shipping took forever to get get to the US. When the items arrived they were not as described at all in the pictures or descriptions. I threw away both of the items because they were so awful. Will never order from site again.
I spend over £50 for product that are not true to size and very small. Unfortunately I can't wear any of them and the order took about 1 month to be delivered.

The pictures look nothing like what actually arrived. Took a month to arrive. One piece is missing a top and the others just don't fit nicely at all. I really wanted to LOVE what I ordered but I do not.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
