I placed an order back on Apr 19,2021 and still haven't received my order. I ready the shipping policy and from what it stated I should have gotten my order back in May. Contact them and requested a refund because it had not shipped yet instead they went and did a shipping label but but truly the package didn't ship to June 1 no it's stuck in LA.
This has been the worst experience I had with ordering online. Even with Covid19.

I paid $25 for express shipping. Express shipping is super slow for Chic me at 10 -14 days and regular is 15-30 days. I'm items took 32 days to get to me. I just asked for a refund or credit for the $25 shipping. "Customer Service" said shipping is a different company nothing they can do. I'm out $25 and my client had to get another dress for graduation. It's just a dropping site with me real identity behind the brand.
Waited a long time for the product to be delivered with no updates along the way. All items are very cheaply made and do not look like the picture. I will be avoiding in the future.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
