Love the site but put some products are not what the photo looks like

Complete bull$#*! of a company. After 14 days of placing my order it still had not shipped yet. I contacted to cancel, because I ordered items for a trip I am going on next week…. And it won't be here in time due to the extended processing time. They said 3-7 days to process. 14 days is well outside of their time frame.

I asked to cancel, they said they would expedite. I told them no. They ignored me and shipped the items 2 days later. Now I have to return it all, I will never order from them again. Wish I knew they were overseas.

I got an extra large to be a litter lose because I'm thicker at the bottom. But it fits perfectly not like the picture I seen on the web site.

I expressed shipped the item I bought. It was estimated a couple weeks but it came in days. I'm very happy with what I bought. True to size!

Even after delays. Didn't receive one dress and the ones I did receive were so poorly made o can't wear one of them. Dresses look nothing like picture. Cheapest fabric in the factory used.

Paid for quicker delivery, but took as long as it would have not paying extra money. Needed to constantly email them to get the order, then was very disappointed with the products. Was my first time ordering from this company, was looking at many items that looked great on website, but after this order, will not order again.

I purchased 3 outfits from this company, after months of waiting and emails about where my package was, No updates, customer service is horrible. When I finally received a package bag it was only two of the three items I purchased. Arguing back and forth and showing I only received two items of the three, they didn't send me my third item or returned a refund because they wanted a picture of the bag it arrived in and they said they send all three. I explained I never received the third item but they refuse to help me because I had already disposed of the bag as I thought the third item was on the way. I sent pictures of the low quality merchandise they sent and that was not enough, run from this company, untrustworthy and unprofessional charge so much and their merchandise is the worst. First and last. Horrible, horrible! I gave them a one star cause I didn't have the option of none.

Ordered on May 3 got my 3 items in a bag delivered on June 11. Didn't get to use the stuff for the event I had planned. Very disappointed not sure if I would order again because of ridiculous shipping time.

I've purchased a lot of clothing from them and I love it. My problem is by the time u get your clothing you forgot you purchased it. That's how long it takes to receive it. So if u want clothing for a special occasion order it 2-3mths prior. And be prepared for something you ordered to be no longer available so don't be too happy to get what you want until you know you are gonna receive it. I'm gonna try another source

Tips are rubbish would never order again from you how much more do you want me to say
Your product it rubbish all different sizes sent. Not fit gif a charity shop mess mine me erring them out
I will use them for cleaning cloths

They add you to their (F'KIN DAILY!) email newsletters, there's no unsubscribe button, and when you email customer service to ask them to stop they agree to unsubscribe you, but never do.

Overall great items, two dresses were stunning, other item didn't fit but I can't be asked to send it back

It took forever for Chic me to prepare for shipment

Order some items and took about 6 weeks to arrive. Never got any shipping updates or anything. Had to find the purchase email to find a tracking number which wasn't updated so I really had no idea when to expect the product.

Sorry it should have been one both of above. Delivery is a couple of week. Will use again
