Too long to arrive

The communication after the order was none. I had to reach out to them and the tracking showed still in Chiba for 3 weeks once arrived in US took another week before tracking update. Cannot return items that didn't fit or damaged.

I will never ever buy anything else from them. First it took 2 months to arrive and when they did arrive all my close were toooooo small the size chart isn't accurate periodt. All of my clothes wasn't in the order. They don't respond in a timely manner. I sent my order back the same day it got delivered. They don't wanna give me my shipping money back for my label which was $20.23 yes that much. This was my first and last time ordering from them. I'm very pissed and very upset about everything. I been emailing them for my label money and my size changing but no response. People don't do it you will be upset. Then they had to nerves to to say they will give 20% of my money back. Oh no the f**** not. Run me all my money back with the extra $20.23. And if you wear an 1x in clothes you would have to order a 5x to fit their stuff. Sad but true. Why I have to leave a star when you didn't earn a half of star I don't get it
