The communication after the order was none. I had to reach out to them and the tracking showed still in Chiba for 3 weeks once arrived in US took another week before tracking update. Cannot return items that didn't fit or damaged.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
