4 of the items I received had problems: 1 was the wrong style and color, 1 had factory defects and cannot be worn (collar improperly sewn), 2 were the wrong size (I ordered Medium and got Small).
I could not reach anyone at the phone number listed on their site (always comes up busy) and the only way to get a hold of someone is through chat (which takes 24 hrs for a response).
Over 3 weeks (and counting!) and despite the multiple pictures I've sent them showing their mistakes, the "customer service" representative still refuses to admit they made (not 1 but 4!) mistakes and insists they will not refund my return shipping charge "as per company policy."
Well, their refund policy clearly states that customers are responsible for shipping the items back UNLESS ChicMe made a mistake.
How is sending the wrong style and color, the wrong sizes, and an item with factory defects not their mistake!? Why am I having to pay shipping fees to return these items!?
I'm not returning these items because I don't like how they fit (as the chat representative suggested). And (after seeing the pictures) they even have the BALLS to say that the item with the collar improperly sewn "has no problems". Why in-the-Fck can they not say "I'm sorry Mrs Customer"

I preferred my short a month and a half ago. I have not got a chance to try it on but the quality looks and feels good. I can't wait to wear it. I think the company sent me an email with a $5 off next purchase due to wait of current purchase.

My shopping experience with ChicMe required lots of patience. Products seem to take forever to reach! I was getting impatient and frustrated. Reached out to customer service a few times and they were a bit laid back at my concerns.
It took forever to receive merchandise. I order from a similar on-line shop and get my merchandise within 10 days. Two of the tops I really liked were too tight. Normally I would ask for a larger size but I am not going through that wait period again. It's too bad. You lost a potentially good customer. I called the phone number, left my name and call back info and never got a call back.

Delivery took approximately 22-25 days. The colorblock zip front top colors are not as true as depicted online. Item fit small. I order a XL and it usually is flare on me, but this top runs close or tight across the top. Fabric is very flimsy
The dress was a thin material that left a weird residue on my hands. The dress looked nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed with it. The dress size fit fine but what's the point of it looks so cheap.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
