I orderd more items from another email nothing but problems. Customer service terrible. Get ignored and lied to then when you request your money back after 4 weeks waiting and items still not dispatched and you ask the company you payed with to step in the items miraculously get dispatched even tho I was told every other day they had been dispatched then they had not been dispatched Iv told anyone I know not to use this company and also my social media snap chat Instagram Facebook etc to avoid you and I have all the proof of this in messages and screenshots so there is no way you can lie and say it's not true

It took too long to come, I had to drive an hour to pick it up. The shirt dress was too small and the swimsuit was awful and the fabric looked cheap. Th long maxi dress was the only thing I was satisfied with. Everything else was a waste of money.

The dress fits good I'm 165 I order Medium & it fits like a glove I just don't like how cheap the hardwire is for the v cut
Only kept 1 out of the 5 items that I ordered which was a jumpsuit. Then, one of the other items wasn't even in stock. It was a huge hassle to replace an item, there was no button or option to replace the item. So, I just ended up returning them. Trying to discuss my issues with customer service was awful. Their hours of response time were in the early hours of the morning which didn't help me at all. Will never shop here again.
Website was very easy to navigate and I love the variety of styles. Wish the sizes were more specific, and the thing that was the most unbearable was the check out process. I kept trying to enter my card info in and it said technical difficulties repeatedly, and I had no idea wether or not my purchase went through. I hope the return process (if any) is that hard.
It took too long to receive it. I placed the order on May 23, and had an occasion on Jun 12, so I was sure I will have ir by then, but NOPE!

Three of the four things I got is not the same as the picture. One dress was very heavy and didn't fit right. Pants weren't the same in the picture and the white romper was see through and very cheap material

My first experience with ChicMd has not been a positive one. The return/ refund policy is almost non existent with you offering only 20% refund on items purchased which is very poor customer service. I ordered more items just after I made my first order, so hope they meet my expectations

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
