I had a problem with one sent with shipping number. I contacted them about it. And it was corrected right away I will be ordering more. 5 star rating from me.
I ordered various different items for my birthday but they arrived later than the estimated delivery time and also came in two separate deliveries weeks apart. My birthday was missed so needed to return all of them but the returns process is extremely complex and had to wait for all items to be delivered before returning otherwise I would need to pay two separate shipping fees. Let's hope my refund is granted.

Customer service contacted back quickly and due to Covid I can't return this product however they refunded me back 20% or gave the option of a $5 credit. Not great but I know not to shop with them due to long delivery service and cheaply made clothing
