Ordered products on May 31. Received them on July 2. Customer service was polite but not helpful. The order had to be shipped all the way from China, so there was no tracking it until it arrived in the US. I haven't yet given the items to my wife, so I'll have write another review later about quality, but the material looks thin and cheaply held together. Would be surprised if it lasts many cleanings.

I didn't like the shipping insurance part. You have to uncheck it because it automatically is added to your order. Offering it is ok. But maybe not automatically adding it.
Shipping time was good. I wish you would offer shipping to the US Virgin Islands though.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
