I ordered 3 garments in the size I normally buy my clothes in and not one garment was even close to fitting me.
I sent them all back immediately but have had to pay for postage and insurance which has still not been returned to my account.
The clothes were also of very poor quality so I probably would have sent them back even if they did fit.

I'm trying to return 2 items for a full refund and customer service is giving me the run-around. 2 messages offering partial refunds and keep the product. Why would I accept partial refunds for items that do not fit me properly?

I explained to the person and again was ONLY offered a partial refund and Chic Me was sorry I wasn't satisfied. Had I known there return policy, I would of NEVER ordered from them.
The shoes runs a little small. The outfit fits totally different. This shirt is came in the right size one of my bottoms didn't, but overall it is really cute.

I am in love with this jumper, it's light and airy which is perfect for summer! Only complaint is how long it took for shipping.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
