Simple to place order, confirmation of order and shipment received. Items shipped and arrived timely and were exactly as ordered.

I ordered 3 garments in the size I normally buy my clothes in and not one garment was even close to fitting me.
I sent them all back immediately but have had to pay for postage and insurance which has still not been returned to my account.
The clothes were also of very poor quality so I probably would have sent them back even if they did fit.
I'd recommend you save time and money and don't bother with this company.

Ordered super cute shoes from this site (saw them on an Instagram ad) waited two weeks and still hasn't received any shipping notification. Finally was able to cancel my order. I probably would have never gotten it.

I'm trying to return 2 items for a full refund and customer service is giving me the run-around. 2 messages offering partial refunds and keep the product. Why would I accept partial refunds for items that do not fit me properly?

This experience is really annoying me and I will think twice on ordering from your company in the future.

I made a purchase and 4 out of the 5 pieces were TOO BIG. I requested a refund and the response started that I would only receive 10% of my $86.00 order. I explained to the person and again was ONLY offered a partial refund and Chic Me was sorry I wasn't satisfied. Had I known there return policy, I would of NEVER ordered from them.

The shoes runs a little small. The outfit fits totally different. This shirt is came in the right size one of my bottoms didn't, but overall it is really cute.

I was very disappointed when I got the set it was it was polyester. It was too little top and bottom, so I won't be ordering anything else from you guys. I was very disappointed in what I spent my money in because what it look like on the paper on the paper, it wouldn't like that. Thank you.

It took over a month to get my things. No clear communication until I had to ask. The tracking site in Chic Me needs an overhaul. Not user friendly.

I am in love with this jumper, it's light and airy which is perfect for summer! Only complaint is how long it took for shipping.

Nothing like as advertised sizing so wrong not easy to return so has to keep something that is not use to me
