I love this site. I cant complain they have so many options.

The order did take awhile to get to me and half of what I ordered did not fit. The sizing was inconsistent. The return process is difficult and I do not like that you have to ship it back at your own cost.

It was easy to shop the site, my dress was exactly as pictured. I received the dress in a decent amount of time too. Everything was good!

I ordered one outfit before and it came out nice so I tried again and most of the clothes were cheaper imitations of what was illustrated in the picture. The items take forever to arrive even after you select express.

I took forever to choose between 2 outfits and when I finally did I chose the WRONG SIZE!. I immediately Chicme online and got nervous when I missed their response. I was also nervous that I couldn't speak to a live person and never got a response to messages. Despite all that I messaged my tracking number along with the true size needed. I totally prepared myself to expect the wrong size, return it, and wait additional weeks to get my true size. Image my face when they actually sent the size I actually needed.
All this to say the communication is poor but Chicme gets the job DONE!

Overall the shopping experience was good. I would have preferred if they sent a confirmation email that it was delivered however or offer better tracking but overall it was a good experience.

It was easy to order but took a long time and I am not satisfied with the dresses.

Clothes not like pics. Takes too long to receive. Paid for expedited shipping, still didn't receive until over a month later.

Products are same as the pictures, ones with more quality than others, but prices are a reference! Delivery in 4 to 5 weeks!

I really liked the clothes and the material is good and the sizes are correct.
