The clothes are cute, but cheaply made. And the worst part of all, it took almost an entire month for me to receive my order.
Clothing was very big! Nothing like the website shows. Customer service was awful when trying to reach - I did express shipping on my items and had to wait a little over a month. Not only that but they wouldn't refund my express shipping! Since it states 8-10 days on their website. They also sent two different packages and I still haven't received the other one.

I was offered 2 options for the return $10 off next order I ordered the larges size available or a partial refund of 20%. I would not need to return. I have 5 items that I am paying for and can't wear. I would not recommend ordering. Sizes are terrible.

Honestly, I wasn't sure if this was going to work out as a successful purchase or not. The price seemed too good to be true and the shipping was going to take a handful of weeks. When the shoes I bought arrived nearly a few days early and were exactly what the photo showed, I knew it was a solid win. The quality is great and the size was exactly what we ordered and expected. We will definitely use ChicMe again!

I guess you get what you pay for. I had to wait over a month for mine to arrive and it's just a plain cotton dress that you can get at any discount store. The only way I will ever order from this company again will be if it's something that I don't need anytime soon and they offer free shipping. If you have to pay for shipping please go look elsewhere and save your money.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
