I contacted your company a few days before her birthday to find out what was going on with my purchase as your company had charged my credit card and I have not received the package as of yet. I notified my credit card company and canceled this order. I am totally dissatisfied with the service.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
