According to the size chart, I would be a small so that is what I ordered. The bathing suit is so small it doesn't even fit me and bathing suits are not eligible for return. Very disappointing.
I paid for expedite shipping for shoes meant for a wedding and I did not receive them. Customer service did not answer the phone nor does emailing help. The shoes came in a box that looked like that they been in a fight with Mike Tyson. Horrible experience. This was my first and last time ordering anything from this company.

Hiw is this fair to me. I should be able to send back the outfits and get my money back in full. What they are offering is not even worth what I paid for. Those outfits were $73 all together. No one has responded to me either. This is bad service. I am not a happy customer.

My first order! My first order experience has been very disappointing. On both items the fabric was poor, very much like parachute material and both items were far too big. Items were returned over 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a refund.
If I haven't received a refund within the next 7 days I will contact trading standards.
The clothes came late, all materials are absolutely awful, like the cheapest possible material with the worst stitch job, where seams are frayed upon arrival. And the return process is absolutely ridiculous. I honestly can't say I've had a worse shopping experience. Worst money I've ever spent and not be able to get back.
I was concerned about the fit and length of the dresses as I am over 6 feet tall with curves. But to my surprise all of the dresses fit perfectly and was long, like ankle length long which is hard to find for someone my height! I'm pleased and will definitely be ordering again!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
