On mostly every item the model is Photoshopped or the clothing is Photoshopped and doesn't always appear as advertised. Feel like I just wasted $80 on cheaply made items. Never ordering from here because it's not reliable.

I was initially unsatisfied with my service because an order I placed in March 2021 was marked as delivered when it was never received. This was an inconvenience but I understand that mistakes happen. The true problem in my service was the process I had to go through with the customer service representatives. After bringing the unreceived package to the seller's attention (I was in a conversation with 5 different reps somehow), I was told to check "if -- address was incorrectly entered" (said by representative Gordon) and to "go to another unit to find -- parcel" (said by representative Ava). I find this service rude, unprofessional, and lazy because it took 5 ChicMe representatives for 1 FedEx representative to tell me that my package was delivered to the wrong unit. This did not occur due to me incorrectly entering the address, but due to ChicMe's mishaps in delivering. This whole situation could've been prevented if they simply took a few minutes to recheck the tracking number. It is currently July 2021 and now, and only now, is when I was offered a reshipment. I am incredibly displeased with this service and advise future customers to think twice before shopping here.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
