I made a $188.63 purchase. I purchased 2 pair of shoes along with some other things. I wore the shoes ONE time and it completely tore apart. I contacted customer service advising issue and they stated that they would refund me $21.83 or I could send back but shipping was on me. The shoe cost $49.00! (I got 2 pair in different color) I sent both pair back (shipping was only $17) Once I sent tracking information they advised me that a refund would be issued in 7-14 days. It's been a month! I have 4 different cards that I use. When I followed up, they advised me that it was sent and I needed to contact my banking institution. When I asked if they could provide me with the LAST FOUR digits of the card, so I would know which establishment to contact, I was advised that they do not know that information. (BUT YET YOU STATED YOU SENT MY REFUND). So fair word of warning! Their shoes are over priced for the QUALITY of shoe you will receive. The shoes didn't even come to me in a box but were wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in an envelope. If they tear or don't last past 2 hours, they'll offer you 1/4 of what you paid for them. You'll NEVER receive the "REFUND" they claim they will send. I'll give it to customer service... they do reply fairly quickly to your tickets HOWEVER any actions on what they say they will do, DON'T HAPPEN!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
