First time purchase. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was a good experience. Items came by recorded delivery. Wasn't quick but wasn't ages either. Clothes are good quality. Customer service was also good and replied very quickly.
I ordered some shoes form Chicme and it took a long time for them to arrive. I received several emails from Chicme saying it was because of COVID-19. The shoes finally arrived after one month and they were too small even though I ordered my size on their site. When I contacted them about this, I was told that "Asian sizes are 2-3 cm smaller, so they apologized. I said, well I ordered the American size on your site, not an "Asian size." They offered for me to return the shoes. I told them that this didn't make any sense and they should disclose that the sizes are not true on their website. Why would they offer "American sizes," yet they don't really have "American sizes." Be carefull when ordering. I won't do this again.
I didn't know I was buying cheaply made items from Japan
It took about 3 weeks to arrive. I wanted it for my birthday so ordered 2 weeks advance but it came about a week after.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
