Both items I ordered were defective, the entire neckline and both sleeves of a top were not even hemmed. The customer service team was not to bad.

I spent way over $200 on chic me website this summer. I did have quite a few items to return for refund once I finally got in touch with customer service! I had 1 item to exchange for a large which I have yet to receive that item(2 months now)! Also they did not refund me the full price that I paid for those items plus I paid for shipping!

Clothes were lower quality, one dress smelled awful. The return policy isn't easy. I'm not paying a ton for shipping back to seller. Clothes are itchy. One dress is really nice, but the rest aren't great.
