I spent way over $200 on chic me website this summer. I did have quite a few items to return for refund once I finally got in touch with customer service! I had 1 item to exchange for a large which I have yet to receive that item(2 months now)! Also they did not refund me the full price that I paid for those items plus I paid for shipping!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
