Never experienced a 'card verification' from any of the online shopping I have made in the past 10 years, but from this company called "chicme". How can it be a safety issue to process an order after taking the payment from my bank account. They have asked for the picture of my bank card and my personal ID docs such as Passport or drivers license. Why should I supply my personal details for no reason after processing the payment from my account and blaming my card for verification.
I won't recommend this company to anyone unless you have to go through a complicated process and to lose your money, believing the fake "5 star" reviews by their acquaintances or employees.
I hope to get my refund.

Horrible! After talking with customer service for a week and them just repeating the same thing regarding my return. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't got my refund yet.
Website is slow to respond and/or refresh, but ultimately I was able to resolve my issues. It did take a little longer to receive my purchase, but I was informed ahead of time so I was not disappointed. When I inquired about my order the customer service team was very quick to respond, and very thorough with my inquiry.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
