I got what I ordered and customer service is great
I ordered a $52 pair of heels from this company. I was feeling happy and secure about it because i saw that they provide "full refunds". The shoes arrived and they were the crappiest pair of shoes i have ever seen. I wouldn't even pay $10 if i had seen what these looked like in person. There was no branding on the shoes, so that tells me they were made in a factory over seas. They also fit each foot differently which is not a normal occurrence for me, so that tells me the person who assembled these shoes overseas was having a bad day. I contacted the company for a refund and they said "We do not provide a return label and the cost to ship them back to us is extravagant so we would like to offer you a 20% refund and you can keep the shoes"
