The sandals are smaller than actual USA sizes, I wish I would have known so that I could buy a bigger size.

I ordered clothes for my holiday but they took so long to arrive I didn't receive them in time.
I chose a medium for some of my purchases which were far too big. The small was also large on me and I'm a size 10.

Poor service. Never received item and unable to get a full refund as they would not refund shipping costs even though I never received item. Very disappointed and would not use again.

I received bad quality trousers that don't fit and are so see through I couldn't wear anyway. There no hems on trousers and threads hanging from the bottom. They have eventually offered me my money back (after a lot of negotiation!) but only if I pay to return the trousers and a withholding fee - still in dispute with them - never ever use them

This item was replaced due to the original being unsatisfactory. The new one came, and it too had issues. Not fully happy with this experience, however they did replace the original item due to several problems with it.

It took almost 4 weeks to get my items. The brown 2 piece set was very cute, yet the strap on one side immediately broke before I had a chance to even try it on.

This was my first time ordering from ChicMe, the clothes look very cute and nice, but I was very hesitant about ordering hoping the quality of the clothing wasn't cheap or wash it and it's done. When I opened it… I was so surprised of the quality and it really did look like the pictures, and it actually fit, and it washed up very well! I was pleased so I placed another order.
