The experience was ridiculous. It took me forever to get my order. When I did get my order, I was not satisfied with anything I received. It was cheap fabric and unknown fabric. I will never purchase anything from there ever again.

E TO big/ to small the customer service team will DO there very best to NOT give u a FULL REFUND for your items they will OFFER u everything ELS but ure full refund and THAT I did NOT like because if an item does NOT fit u properly or u DON'T like the way it looks after u have tryed it on u SHOULD have the RIGHT to send it back and get ure FULL REFUND but like I said This on line Company Chic Me, REFUSING POINT BLANK to give u a Full refund but if u FIGHT it ALL the WAY just like I DID ure GET a FULL REFUND in the END... I purchased 2 dresses for vacation, 1 dress arrived ripped and the other dress was way to small. I requested a refund. I was told they don't issue refunds however I should keep the dresses and get a 20% refund. I declined the offer and requested a full refund I was once again told no. They offered to exchange both items but I would have to pay the $30 return shipping and then $24 shipping again to receive the new items. They do not offer free return labels. I went to the website and sent them a screen shot of the return policy they have listed on their website and Informed them that I will be canceling the payment with my bank. Now all of a sudden they are willing to release the address so I can return the item for a full refund. If you look on the website for tge return address you WILL NOT FIND IT. They do not list it because they do nor want to issue refunds. This entire ordeal went on for an entire week. I will be notifying china's embassy business unit. This was terrible customer service. TERRIBLEEEEEEEE be careful when ordering from this company. Matter fact just order from SHEIN they have wayyyyyy better customer service.

So I just recently purchased some items from here and I am trying to return some of the items back and I'm not understanding what is the hold up! Why I haven't received a label to return my items. Some orders cone in quick others take almost a month but usually clothes are worth it.
I find returning items is difficult, has I go on the return page and they ask for the ID orders, that need to be returned, but not giving me the return address and don't make it simple has I've tried so many times. Has the communication isn't good.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
