Will never order again! Clothes are not to my liking

Excellent site for shopping except had to wait to long for merchandise. Manufacturer should ship by UPS or Fed Ex.

They won't help you when you want to return products. Have been mailing with them for weeks now. Think twice when spending money on them. Some of the materials are bad also.

Ordering was great but getting the outfit here in a timely manner was terrible.

This was my first time ordering from this company. It took an extremely long time for the items to arrive, I ordered three pairs of shoes. One pair was damaged, one pair was way too short and I ordered a half size larger, the other pair was way too wide across the toe.
Before I ordered I read the return policy there was nothing there that said that they did not take returns unless the item was damage. But that is what I was told by email from three different customer service representatives.
I sent them a screenshot of their policy that is when they said that I could keep the items and except 20% off of my next order.
I chose to have the items exchanged. Lo and behold I am still going around in circles and have not received a return label to date.

The items they sell are nice but they need to treat the customers that keep them in business better or this company will not last. They have lost one customer because I will NEVER order another thing from this company ever, I don't care how cute it is.

My overall experience was great. Although some products wasn't exactly what I expected but they're still great for the prices. Also the delivery was quick.

The items that I had received were poorly made and were very itchy material. I also got the smallest size available but they still do not fit correctly and are too big for me.
