I've ordered twice and I was satisfied twice. I would recommend this seller. Not crazy about my credit card information being stored without the being able to opt out. But so far the charges were as expected, and delivery time was ok. The fabric could be upgraded, but the styling and the silhouette of the styles is very flattering.

I was excited and spent a lot of money. It took two and a half weeks for items to arrive and only three items were worth keeping. I printed out a returns label and sent the others back at a personal shipping cost and I have heard nothing since. £120 + shipping costs is a lot of money to loose.
I could have done with a few more angles of some of the clothes but otherwise; all good.

I truly love these sandals. They are true to the size except one strap was too big so I had to add an additional hole, the colors are exactly as shown. They fit so comfortable I wished they bright colors cause I would order all of them. Goes with pants, shorts, skirt or causal dress.

I spent $195 on purchases return them was told I would get a cash coupon for $90 then when I questioned it was told I wouldn't receive no refund. Now I am blocked from contacting them by chat. I waited over a month to receive my items. Please do not purchase from this company. Not sure where they are located but bad business

First time customer. I did not know the sizes were so far off the real size. I picked 6 of the prettiest clothing you have and I was so excited to recieve them until... I found out you do not sell my sizeand the sizes you do sell are not true to form. I need to return my clothes and get a refund.

The first time I ordered from Chicme I ended up needing to return all but 1 dress. I was very pleased with the quick response. Plus the 1 dress that I did end up keeping, I really love. On the strength of that first experience, I decided to shop with them again. None of the items in my second order fit. The company requires you to reach out to them before submitting a return. I did. They tried to convince me to keep the clothes for a discount, but I declined because they simply did not fit me. They authorized me to return them, which I did and they refunded me. Because I forgot to include some items in my 2nd order, I placed a 3rd one while I was still waiting for the 2nd one to arrive. When the 3rd order arrived only 1 of the 4 dresses fit. I reached out to customer service to initiate a return of the 3 dresses. They told me I didn't contact them within 7 days, which is not true. Once again they tried to get me to keep the 3 dresses that didn't fit. I declined. This back and forth went on for several days. Finally I was told to send them a picture of my return receipt (they want to see your tracking number and also how much the package weighs). I did that. I tracked the package and when I saw they had received it I reached out to them. They confirmed they received the 3 dresses, but they said I waited too long and they have refused to refund my credit card. They spent several days going back and forth with me trying to convince me to keep clothes that I would never wear because they did not fit, and then they told me I didn't initiate a return in time. Their website says you have 14 days, but customer service kept telling me I had only 7 days. I sent them screen shots of their 14 day policy from their website, but they kept saying it's only a 7 day window and therefore they would not refund my money. So they have their 3 dresses back AND they kept the money I paid for them. Like I said, I'm very happy with the first dress I kept from my first order. The other dress I kept from my last order is ok, not stellar, but definitely wearable. But they have left such a sour taste in my mouth. I will never order from them again. I've attached just a few of the messages from my last exchange with their customer service reps.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
